By placing an order, making a purchase, or submitting a catering inquiry with Amazing Arepa Bar (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Restaurant Orders (Pickup Only)

Amazing Arepa Bar offers food for pickup orders only unless otherwise stated.

  • All restaurant orders are placed through our ordering platform and processed securely via Square.

  • Payment is required at the time of order.

  • Customers are responsible for arriving at their scheduled pickup time.

  • Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may result in quality issues, for which Amazing Arepa Bar is not responsible.

2. Payments & Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through Square.

  • Amazing Arepa Bar does not store or have access to your full payment information.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Applicable taxes and fees will be added at checkout.

3. Catering Services Overview

Amazing Arepa Bar offers full catering services for events and gatherings.

Catering Order Process

  • Customers must complete the Catering Request Form on our website.

  • Catering inquiries are reviewed based on availability, menu selection, event size, and location.

  • You will receive a response within 48 business hours.

  • If approved, an invoice will be issued.

  • Payment in full is required to confirm the catering order.

  • Once payment is received, the order is confirmed for the agreed-upon date and pickup time.

4. Catering Distance & Surcharges

  • Catering services are available within a 50-mile radius.

  • Events located outside a 50-mile radius are subject to an additional surcharge.

  • Any applicable distance fees will be communicated before invoicing.

5. Catering Pickup & Timing

  • Catering orders are prepared for pickup at an agreed-upon time and date.

  • Customers are responsible for timely pickup.

  • Late pickups may affect food quality, and Amazing Arepa Bar is not liable for quality issues caused by delayed pickup.

6. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Restaurant Orders

  • All restaurant orders are final once placed.

  • No refunds or cancellations are available after payment is processed.

Catering Orders

  • Catering orders require preparation and planning.

  • Any changes must be requested as soon as possible and are subject to approval.

  • Cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of payment, depending on timing and preparation already completed.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once a catering order has been confirmed.

7. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • While we take care in preparing our food, Amazing Arepa Bar cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary concerns before ordering.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our food.

8. Pricing & Availability

  • Menu items, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

  • Certain items may be seasonal or subject to availability.

  • Catering menus may differ from daily restaurant menus.

9. Limitation of Liability

Amazing Arepa Bar is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Food quality issues due to late pickup or improper handling after pickup

  • Third-party service interruptions (including Square or website platforms)

10. Intellectual Property

All content, menus, logos, branding, and images are the property of Amazing Arepa Bar and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, submitting a catering request, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
